We are a team for realtors that care for our community and the planet and take pride in ameliorating our carbon footprint as a business. After we have consolidated our business and brand we plan to donate yearly to different causes, in addition to offsetting our carbon offset as a small business and also per transaction.

We pride ourselves on making a difference per transaction. Is a way of saying "Thank You" to all of our clients and our planet! If we can positively impact communities and the world, we humans will live in healthier and safer neighborhoods. It is a "no brainer" every effort counts!

Piard Home Experts is proud to announce that we are gathering efforts towards a carbon neutral Real Estate SCorp located in Northern Virginia. All correspondence and activities digital and non digital will be considered. Our hope is that everytime you open our monthly flyers, participate in our events, you come visit us at open houses, we drive together or separately to see homes for rent, sale or buying. You are helping to make a better world for us humans. Piard Home Experts s creatiing a plan in order to pay credits yearly to neutralize our carbon footprint. Rest assured that we are making strides in offsetting our marketing efforts and those of doing daily business.
