Invited speakers and their group members will be accommodated in the Ginger Hotel inside IITM Research Park (IITMRP). The IITMRP is located adjacent to the IIT Madras Campus.  

We kindly request invitees to directly check in at the Ginger Hotel upon arrival. The meeting will take place within the IITMRP at the Lilavati Auditorium, conveniently located near the Ginger Hotel. Complimentary breakfast is included as part of the hotel accommodation, and lunch along with snacks during breaks will be provided on both days of the meeting.

Additionally, a conference dinner will be hosted on the first evening as part of the 'mixer' event, offering an excellent opportunity for networking and informal discussions. It will take place at the New Exhibition Hall near the Lilavati Auditorium.

A special colloquium by Prof. David DiVincenzo will be held at the Central Lecture Theatre in the HSB Building, situated within the IITM campus. Transportation will be arranged for guests between IITMRP and the lecture venue for their convenience.
