The 2025 Asia Pacific Conference of Young Scientists (APCYS 2025) will be held on-site in Taiwan, welcoming participants from all over Asia Pacific countries to foster young scientists in communicating and sharing their scientific research. This letter provides essential information regarding the event, including registration and project submission guidelines.

Tentative Schedule Highlights:

    July 23 (Wednesday): Arrival, Registration, Check-in, Poster Setup, Campus Tour, Opening Banquet

    July 24 (Thursday): Poster Session, Oral Presentations

    July 25 (Friday): Keynote Speeches, Visit Quantum /Semiconductor Facility, Awards Ceremony

    July 26 (Saturday): Activities at NTU and Taipei city events

    July 27 (Sunday): Departure from Taiwan

Participation Guidelines:

We are pleased to extend an invitation for your country to send a delegation of a maximum of 6 projects, composed of secondary school students aged 13-19 years, along with 1 Team Leader, to attend APCYS 2025.

Project Submission:

  Projects can be individual or a maximum of 2 students per project.

  A maximum of 2 projects per category is permitted. The project categories include:

Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Life Science, Environmental Science

  All presentations of research works (Poster and Oral) will be examined by International Jury members.

Registration Process:

Please complete the registration form (which includes fill-in for the Extended Abstract and Poster of projects) attached with this letter.

All completed registration forms must be submitted by email.

Registration Fee:

The registration fee is 350 USD per participant for the APCYS 2025 conference. This fee comprehensively covers accommodation, local transportation, meals, and all conference programs. (The bank account information for payment will be provided at a later date, due to the ongoing setup of the payment account.)
