Financial Support

1. For attendees who would like to apply for financial support by NCTS for your transportation and accommodation expenses, please fill out application form and email to <nicolewang@phys.ncts.ntu.edu.tw > by July 15th, 2021. Late applications will not be accepted.

(2) The applications submitted before the deadline (July 15th) will be considered and examined. The approved ones will be contacted by email before July 18th.

請於2021年7月15日前提交住宿費及交通費補助申請表，逾時不候。而理論中心將於2021年7月18日前email通知補助申請核准生。

(3) Students’ full attendance at the workshop (Sep 2nd-3rd) is required to receive the financial support.

學生需全程出席與會方得以申請住宿費及交通費補助。

(4) Support for students' accommodation expenses: Within an upper limit of NTD 1200 per person (student) per night (for double room)


2. Financial support for transportation and accommodation expenses are also available to local faculty and postdocs who have no other means of funding support.

Support for postdocs'/faculty's accommodation expenses: Within an upper limit of NTD 2000 per person per night (for double room)


3. For the participants, please reserve a hotel room by yourself

4. The documents required for financial support:

(1) bus ticket(s)/Taiwan railway train ticket(s) 客運或台鐵火車票票根

(2) hotel receipt 旅館住宿收據

(3) For non-citizen ROC nationals, please provide us a colored copy of the front and back of your ARC/Exit & Entry Permit to Taiwan 在台居留證/入台證.

*Note:

(1) Please provide us your bus ticket/Taiwan railway train ticket, and hotel receipt, and/or the copy of your ARC/Exit & Entry Permit to Taiwan at the registration desk on the second day of the workshop (Sep 3rd).

請將客運/台鐵火車票票根及/或住宿收據於2021年9月3日 (會議第二天) 繳交於報名登記桌，供經費補助之用。

(2) According to relevant regulations, only those whose affiliations are 60 km farther than Taipei city are qualified to receive the accommodation support.

依核銷規定，住宿費補助僅限其在學/現職單位-台北市距離大於60公里者。

(3) the name of our institute: 國立台灣大學 and our tax ID number: 03734301 on the hotel receipt for the reimbursement.

旅館住宿收據抬頭：國立台灣大學、收據統編：03734301，請依此抬頭、統編開立收據。
