Thesis title: “Studies in Thin Films – Investigations on AgGa0.25In0.75Se2 Thin films and Related heterojunctions“.

M.Sc(Tech)(Engg. Physics): 1997, Department of Physics, Sri Venkateswara University, India

Passed (with 61 %, I division) with Electronics and Instrumentation as specialization.

Area of research specialization: Thin film heterojunctions
