Mr. Rogas was born and raised in Vermont, and graduated from the University of Miami in Florida. After college, he moved to Los Angeles and got his teaching credential from California State University, Northridge. Mr. Rogas started teaching at Sierra Hills School in 2017 and moved to Weimar in 2022.

Mr. Rogas lives in Auburn with his wife and three daughters. His oldest daughter is in seventh grade and he has twins that are third graders. The whole family enjoys riding bikes, going for hikes and camping.
