Sinfonietta performed at the train station in Downtown Southern Pines on October 3! Folks around the community heard a lovely combination of classical and pop tunes.

Bravo to our five Pinecrest orchestra students (and our Union Pines friends) who performed at the Southeast Honors String Festival this past weekend!

These students spent the weekend at UNC Greensboro working with their esteemed string faculty and a guest clinician. Students rehearsed, received private lessons from UNCG string faculty, and performed a concert on Sunday.

Students gave a wonderful performance at the Music in the Parks Festival at Carowinds! Sinfonietta earned an Excellent rating for their performance. Beginning and Concert orchestra earned a Superior rating, which was the highest score of the day! Congratulations!!

Sinfonietta travelled to East Chapel Hill High School to perform at this year's Music Performance Adjudication and earned straight Superiors for their performance!
