A message from Jessica:  

Some of the most influential people to my career were my internship supervisors. They invested time, energy, and their knowledge and wisdom in order to grow me into the therapist I have become today. I believe that this is something that I can pay forward to others seeking growth. As a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist with well over a decade of experience in practice, a variety of work-history experiences (community mental health, corrections, private practice, group practice development), and a heart for helping people grow towards the best version of themselves I come to the supervision table prepared and equipped to assist you in reaching your professional goals.

I currently have availability to serve as a supervisor for those seeking individual supervision for clinical licensure (LMLP to LCP) or for those seeking supervision to enhance the services that they offer. I do provide the option of creating a supervision group if you have colleagues who would like to join you.

I also provide private practice coaching for licensed therapists interested in starting or growing their practice. I have owned and operated a private practice (now group practice) for 13 years. I have experience with practice setup, marketing, identifying your niche, maintaining evidence based practice, and scaling a practice. I aim to help therapists establish and grow a practice that they are proud of and a career they love.

Finally, I am an EMDR Certified therapist and EMDRIA certified Consultant.  I offer EMDR consultation towards certification and provide both individual and group consultation.
