This information is for children entering Kindergarten in August 2026. 

Eligibility Requirements:

• Child must be at least 5 years of age as of July 31, 2026.

• You must live within the Pleasant Hill R-3 School District boundaries. Please contact PH Central Office if you are unsure or need verification at 816-540-3161.

• Please allow and be available for a duration of approximately 1-1.5 hours to complete the screening process.

• Please ONLY bring the child being screened as class will be in session for school aged children. 

Please note:  A copy of your child's birth certificate and immunization records will be required at the time of screening.

The sign ups below are used to schedule your child for a Kindergarten Developmental Screening through the Pleasant Hill R-III School District, Parents as Teachers program. 

The screening will be held at the Primary School located at 304 Eklund Street Pleasant Hill, MO 64080.

One time slot is equal to one screening appointment per child. If you are scheduling for more than one child, please create one time slot (appointment) for each child completing a screening.
