In order for high school and middle school students to participate in school sponsored camps and Lifetime Fitness programs, you must first be enrolled as a PHR3 student. (This is not necessary for our youth camps.) If you are new to Pleasant Hill Schools this summer, there is a pre-enrollment form available below for you to print, fill out and turn in to the activities office.

This must be completed and/or UPDATED EVERY YEAR (after June 1st) by participating athletes, high school band members, dance team members and choir members. Please access your account and update if you've been a part of the program previously. Physicals are typically valid for a period of two years. Privit will notify you by email if your physical will become outdated.
