How do I find my child’s photos?
Click “View Your Gallery” on our website and enter your access code. If you don’t have your code, use the “Find School Portraits” form and we’ll help you locate your gallery.
What if I lost my access code?
No problem! Reach out through our contact form with your student’s name and school, and we’ll resend your gallery information.
How do I place an order?
All orders are placed online through your gallery. Simply select your favorite images, choose your package or products, and check out securely.
What products do you offer?
We offer a variety of options including prints, digital downloads, banners, yard signs, and specialty items depending on your event or program.
Can I order after the deadline?
Yes, but late orders may include additional fees and limited product options.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping to your school for approximately 2 weeks after your gallery goes live. (Does not apply to sports galleries)
How does “Ship to School” work?
If you choose the “Ship to School” option at checkout, your order will be delivered to your child’s school and distributed there.
When will my order arrive if I choose ship to school?
All “Ship to School” orders are held until the ordering deadline closes. Once the deadline passes, we process and deliver all orders together to the school.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
If you selected “Ship to School,” your order will not ship immediately. Orders are released after the deadline along with all other school orders.
Can I get my order sooner?
Yes! If you need your order sooner, choose direct shipping to your home at checkout. Shipping fees will apply.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 2–4 weeks after the ordering deadline.
When will digital downloads be available?
Digital images are delivered via ImageQuix and typically available shortly after ordering is complete and payment is processed.
Can I share my photos on social media?
Absolutely! We love seeing your photos shared. Please avoid adding filters or edits so the images reflect our work accurately. And please tag us!
What should my child wear?
We recommend solid colors and simple patterns. Avoid neon colors, large logos, or busy prints.
What if my child misses picture day?
Make-up days are often scheduled. Check with your school or contact us for availability.
Do you offer retakes?
Yes! Retake opportunities are typically scheduled through the school.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards through our secure online checkout.
Are refunds available?
Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us—we’ll make it right.
