Welcome to the Phoenix-Talent Education Association's Official Website!

PTEA is an educator labor union that represents and supports the certified members that work in the Phoenix-Talent School District so that they can give the students in the district the support and quality education they deserve. We have approximately 145 members including classroom teachers, specialists, counselors, and other roles that help support our students and their families. Some ways that we support our members include; advocating for members to have the support they need to provide quality education to their students, providing professional growth opportunities to our members, bringing our member's voices to the legislature to advocate for full funding of public education, and protecting our member's rights.
