The Technology Student Association (TSA) is the second largest CTSO (Career and Technical Student Organization) in the world and boasts over 300,000 members spanning 49 states and even 3 foreign countries.
Penn TSA's history starts in Fall of 2016 when we were the first TSA Chapter to form in Indiana in it's inaugural year! Within only a handful of weeks Penn High School' s TSA Chapter has achieved an official membership of 30 students and won more awards at the State Conference then any other chapter combined in the State. Some TSA-ers continued on to the National Competition with TEAMS to Orlando, Florida.
TSA may have a reputation for being all about "technology" but this organization has a lot more to it than just tinkering with robots and computers. There are 35 events ranging from Fashion Design, to Extemporaneous Speech, to Engineering and Architectural Design, to Website Design where students can compete in. Whether students are interested in math, physics, biology, chemistry, engineering, public speaking, graphic design, or writing, TSA has an event for them.
