SWU PHINMA offers a range of student support services that prioritize convenience, accountability, and a supportive campus environment. Our services include Good Moral Certification, Lost and Found, Confiscated IDs, and Promissory Notes, each aimed at assisting students in various aspects of their campus life. Here’s how you can access each service.
The Good Moral Certification affirms a student’s commitment to the values of integrity, respect, and responsibility, required for academic and extracurricular activities.
This design is to help students report personal items that have been misplaced or lost on campus. Please provide accurate details about your lost item to assist us in identifying it.

If an item matching your description is found, we will contact you promptly.
To maintain a respectful and secure campus environment, student IDs may be temporarily confiscated for breaches of campus policies. Students must complete the retrieval process before IDs are returned.
Process for Releasing Your Student ID
1. Write a formal letter requesting the release of your Student ID. You may use the following template by downloading it here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1snshSs9L1vOTh4aN6D7ct_O64kKusT60ez_aOkCIGEc/edit?usp=sharing
2. Print the letter and present it to your department dean for approval.
3. After receiving approval, take a photo of your signed letter and upload it through the following link: https://forms.gle/EwbaaRL3oWmfSeaa6
4. Take a screenshot of your submission confirmation and send it to: mccortina.swu@phinmaed.com
5. Wait for Confirmation Email along with your schedule for picking up your Student ID.
The Promissory Note service provides financial flexibility for students facing temporary challenges by allowing an alternative schedule for fee payments.
