The PHINMA Foundation, Inc. (PFI) was established on June 23, 1989. PFI is one with the PHINMA Group in its mission to make life better for all Filipinos. The foundation channels its support for projects that are in line with the PHINMA GROUP’s businesses. PFI has prioritized support for education programs, while also supporting projects that aim to preserve our culture, protect the environment, promote health, and support livelihood and religious causes.

Our Programs
To celebrate its 50th anniversary, PHINMA launched The PHINMA National Scholarship (PNS) in 2006. In line with its mission of making lives better through education and nation-building, the program’s goal is to produce not just professionals but leaders for the next generation.
The PHINMA HERO is the employee engagement program of PHINMA founded in 2008, through the vision of PHINMA’s founder, the late Ambassador Ramon V. Del Rosario.
PNSAA was formed in 2014 to provide a venue for PNS alumni to give back to the program and to the younger generations of scholars. Having been honed to become service-oriented and patriotic Filipinos,
PHINMA supports different advocacies that make lives better. PHINMA Foundation Inc., gives out financial assistance to various causes.
