This site is about the boys and girls basketball teams at Marian Anderson Neighborhood Academy.

Who We Are

Three seventh grade students at Marian Anderson Neighborhood Academy made this site during "Genius Hour" in our digital literacy class. 

Our names are Taylor, Nadomi, and Suhayla. We like media production and wanted to learn more about web design. So, we did this project!

Why We Made This Site

This was the very first year we had a girls team. So, we wanted to celebrate this and celebrate the success of our two teams. 

We also wanted to encourage other students to participate in sports.

Why You Should Play Basketball

You should play basketball because it teaches you to approach life with a more positive attitude, it helps you stay active, and it allows you to make friends.
