PreK-12 Special Education Supplemental Instructional Resource (SPED) 


The School District of Philadelphia (“the School District”) is seeking prospective vendors to supply a Special Education Supplemental Resource for Grades Pre-K-12. Use of these resources must be specially designed to address the needs of students with disabilities. It should also be researched and evidenced based to improve student outcomes. Additionally, this instructional resource should be culturally and linguistically inclusive and provide teachers and leaders with instructional strategies and materials that provide students with disabilities access to general education grade level materials aligned to the School District of Philadelphia’s Curriculum Framework.
