As the Core Instructional Resources Lead you are responsible for all phases of the delivery process, including but not limited to:
✅Confirming enrollment numbers
▶️Coordinating delivery logistics
▶️Open communication with the vendor and the OCI Operations team
▶️Verifying all inventory
Processing requests for additional resources

Deliveries have started for our core instructional resources, and CIRLs are responsible for preparing space and coordinating these deliveries.
Below are guides from our vendor, explaining what you'll receive and how to prepare.
You will receive communication from the Operations Team to confirm that your materials are shipping, as well as the delivery date. Vendor carriers may reach out via phone to confirm the exact time of delivery. We ask that you answer these calls to coordinate directly during the week your delivery is scheduled.
What if I selected White Glove Unpacking?
When your materials arrive, please move everything to a secure location, keeping the materials together. The Operations Team shared an email to CIRLs who opted in for White Glove unpacking, with materials requested by April 30, 2024.
