Public Citizens for Children and Youth (PCCY)

PCCY has several initiatives for children focusing on quality health care, child care, public education and family stability

Child Health Watch Helpline

Child Health Watch Helpline assists families in finding health insurance for their children. We help with applications for public health insurance, either Medical Assistance (MA) or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and to resolve enrollment problems. This service is free and is available in any language. Please call 215-563-5848 ext. 17 for English and ext. 27 for Spanish.
