Students will learn about what causes weather events and how those weather events can impact our day to day lives.
As identified in the priority standards, students will be able to ask and answer questions about the text and complete a narrative writing piece.
Students will learn about how their five senses allow them to experience the world around them
Students will explore their preferences for seasons
Students will tell stories about their experiences or about experiences they would like to have
Students will discuss the figurative meaning of “inner light”
Students will have the opportunity to share about their experiences and preferences as well as make connections to their neighborhoods
Students will think about their “inner light” and how it is shared with others
