Colleges may request current transcripts from the individual counselor listed on the student's application. If the counselor is unknown, please contact the Lead Counselor.
High schools requesting transfer records, please call 215-400-3200 and speak to the secretaries in our main office.
You may also fax a request to 215-400-3201.
Former students, who have graduated within the past 12 months, requesting records may contact their former counselor to forward transcripts directly to the institution, via a specific email address. Other transcript requests should be requested using the School District of Philadelphia website here.
