Attention Students
A 2nd dose of MVC ( meningococcal vaccine) is required for every 12th grade student.
Any dose given after the 16th birthday is acceptable, as required by PA state law.
Every child must be immunized by the first day of school.
Please send a copy of your shot record to the nurse.

All Students entering grade 11 in September, 2018 must bring a copy of a PHYSICAL EXAMINATION to the school nurse. The sports physicals (PIAA forms) can be used to meet the state requirement.
Also, all students who are 16 years of age must have a 2nd dose of the meningococcal conjugate vaccine (called MCV4, Menactra, MenACWY on record at school.
Students will not be permitted to enter school on the first day unless the documents are on record in the health room.
