During the Winter of the 2016-2017 school year Blankenburg was designated by the state from the S.G.S. evaluation as one of the lowest performing schools in Philadelphia.
During the Winter of the 2016-2017 school year Blankenburg was designated by the state from the S.G.S. evaluation as one of the lowest performing schools in Philadelphia.
We were placed into the Turnaround Network now the Acceleration Network.

After 3 years in the Network Blankenburg made a 17% gain its School's Progress Report and was #1 out of all of the Network schools for having the highest number of scholars scoring at Target on the AimsWeb and the least number of scholars at risk.
