Navigating the teenage years can be a complex journey, filled with changes in the body, evolving social dynamics, academic stress, and decisions about the future. These challenges can often feel overwhelming for both teens and their caregivers, and the increased prevalence of anxiety and depression since the pandemic has made these years even more daunting.
Therapy can offer a supportive space to make sense of these challenges, gain insight into emotions, and develop the skills needed to cope effectively. It’s not just about managing difficulties—it’s also about discovering joy, building resilience, and creating a fulfilling life.
