Personal prompts are not used to train AI models in a way that identifies individual users. Where prompts or outputs are used for system improvement or research, they are anonymized and aggregated and are not linked to individual accounts.

3. AI-Generated Content & Safety Disclosures

3.1 Nature of AI-Generated Content

All images created using Visionary AI are generated by artificial intelligence based on user-provided text prompts.

AI-generated images:

May be fictional or inaccurate
Do not represent real people, places, or events
Should not be treated as factual or authoritative
We do not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or identity verification.
Generated images are not used to identify or authenticate any individual.
We do not use personal prompts to train AI models in a manner that identifies or profiles individual users.

3.2 Content Moderation & Safety Controls

To promote responsible use and comply with platform policies, Visionary AI uses a multi-layered moderation system, including:

Automated keyword and prompt filtering
Proprietary safety rules and abuse detection
Third-party moderation tools, including OpenAI’s Moderation API, to evaluate prompts and generated content

These systems help prevent:

Sexual content involving minors
Violence, extremism, or self-harm
Hate, harassment, or illegal activity
Explicit or restricted content

Some prompts may be blocked, modified, or rejected for safety reasons.

3.3 User Reporting

Users may report inappropriate content via:
