Project Overview

The project "Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Education Focus: Children with Learning Disability" focuses on developing an adaptive intelligent system for the assessment of Cognitive Load (CL) of the children with Learning Disabilities (LD) using their responses captured from multiple sensors of EEG and fNIRS. Development of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system for real-time assessment of cognitive load using time-varying brain activities of the children with LDs (may be due to auditory processing disorder (APD), dyslexia, dyscalculia, visual perceptual or visual motor deficit, and a related disorder ADHD) at a controlled virtual environment that includes the assignment of cognitive tasks and response monitoring.
