Senior To-Dos

Heads Up Seniors!

Below are all of the requirements for your Senior Pages, including info on Senior Portraits, links for your Senior Info, and more.

Please fill these out ASAP! Deadlines are included.

Please contact Ms. Scott with any questions: kscott@phcsd.org

Please submit your Senior Portrait by November 3rd

Must be a school appropriate photo (no guns, gang signs, alcohol, swearwords, inappropriate gestures, etc)

If you are unable to get pictures taken, please contact the yearbook staff

Please send in your baby picture by November 3rd

If you have any questions, or need to scan the photo, please contact Ms. Scott

Please fill out this form by October 27th

This form will display your senior info, including your senior quote, favorite memory, where you see yourself in 10 years, etc

This form is also in your Google Classroom

Please submit your Senior Will by October 27th

A Senior Will is your opportunity to leave things behind for friends, family, sometimes even pets.

Your will is a part of the senior info, and is optional, but recommended.
