First Grade Science 

Standard - 3.5.K-2.D

Demonstrating understanding of select ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle resources in daily life.

In Science class, first grade has been exploring the importance of the Earth and ways we can care for our planet. We celebrated Earth day and identified different ways that we can make a difference. First grade showed they C.A.R.E. for our planet!

PSSA Pep Rally 

On April 22nd students in grades 3-8 enjoyed a PSSA pep rally.  The PHCSE cheerleaders kick started the event by welcoming students into the gym before they performed PSSA cheers that encouraged all of the students to do their best on the test!

Dr. Jones shared words of encouragement and positivity that let the students know how proud he is of all that they have accomplished this school year and how well they are going to perform on the PSSA tests. Everyone enjoyed Teacher vs Student trivia game and the surprise rap performance from Mr. Clinkscales!
