PHCCLA has updated our process for providing Correspondence CE for digital completion. We are now utilizing an online platform, allowing you to access materials, complete modules specific to your registration, complete assessments, and instantly access your certificate.
The registration requires you to create a profile on our website. You may then instantly purchase the course and begin, without any delays! If you would like us to create your profile, you can also register using the traidtional method and then we will send you the access and login information within 5 business days.
How do I register for the Correspondence Course?
Course registrations are open from April 1 - November 15, 2026. REGISTRATION CLOSES ON NOVEMBER 15th at midnight.
To register:
1) Go to www.laphcc.org.
2) Log in or create your profile.
a. If you think you have a profile, request your password.
b. If you need to create a profile, select "Non-Member."
3) One you fully signed in with your profile, go to the Education Tab and select "On-Demand Education."
4) You will be then be logged into the new online education platform.
5) Go to courses and select your course for your appropriate license(s). Purchase and instantly access!
How will I receive CE materials?
You will have instant access as soon as you purchase the course.
How do I get credit for the class?
The course specific to your license(s) will have an assessment after each module. You must receive a 70% passing grade on your tests to receive credit. If you receive a grade lower than 70% after 5 attempts, you may request a reset for a fee of $25.
After completing the final assessment reqiured (will be Module 6), you will then be prompted to complete an evaluation and credit claim form. Once completed, you will instantly be provided a certificate of completion showing your module grades.
How long do I have to complete the CE materials?
You will have 30 days from the date of online enrollment. Extensions past the 30 days will result in a $100 fee. Any submissions received after December 15th will be assessed an addtional $100 rush fee in addition to the extension fee (payment must be received to submit to the SPBLA).
How will my participation be reported to SPBLA?
PHCCLA will report passing participation on the 10th of each month, April-December.

How will I receive CE materials?
You will be able to select the registration for either digital materials or physical materials (includes a $10 shipping and handling fee). Digital materials will be emailed to you within 5 business days of receiving your registration. Physical materials will be mailed via USPS mail within 5 business days of receiving your registration.
How do I get credit for the class?
With your textbook, you will receive a credit report form, evaluation, and multiple-choice scoresheet for each required module. All items indicated within your materials must be completed and returned to PHCCLA by the cumulative deadline. You will be able to submit by mail or through the association website regardless of how you received your materials.
All forms and quizzes must be completed to receive credit - please make sure you are reading your instructions carefully to ensure you are completing all requirements.
