Convention and CE Registration Cancellation Policy

Convention or CE registration cancellations received before May 31, 2026 are subject to a $150.00 charge per person. Cancellations following said date are subject to forfeiture of all registration fees.  No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Exhibit Cancellations and No-Shows

All exhibitor sales are final. Upon receipt of contract, no refund will be made for cancellations after May 31, 2026.  No refunds will be given for unused space or for space that is only used during a portion of the exhibit period.
