This Privacy Policy applies to the Phi-livraison application ("Application") developed by PharmaInvest dev team ("Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use as is.

- Camera data only when the user chooses to use a scanning feature

How We Use Information
The information collected by the Application is used to:
- Track delivery operations and shipment status
- Support logistics and delivery management

- Allow barcode or QR code scanning features, if used
- Sync data with our servers
- Send important service notifications
- Improve the Application’s performance, reliability, and security
- Diagnose and fix technical issues
Location Data
The Application collects and processes location data to support delivery services and logistics operations.
Location data may be collected:
- while the Application is in use, and
- in the background when necessary for delivery tracking, operational support, or related core functionality
Location data is used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and is not used for unrelated purposes.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services that process limited data on our behalf, such as:
- Google Play Services
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Firebase Cloud Messaging
These services may collect or process device information, usage data, and diagnostic data to provide analytics, crash reporting, and notifications.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Service Provider may share information only when necessary:
- with service providers that help operate the Application and backend systems

We retain user data for as long as needed to provide the Application and related services, or for a reasonable period afterward as required for operational, legal, or security purposes.

The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it.
Your Choices
You may stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You may also disable certain permissions through your device settings, though some features of the Application may not function properly without them.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
