Requesting Your PGHS Transcripts
Pacific Grove High School uses Parchment.com, an online transcript service, allowing you to order official and unofficial transcripts to be sent electronically. Please use the following link and instructions to enable you to create a Parchment account and order official or unofficial transcripts. Please do not use your school issued email address, as your school account will eventually become inactive.
For Colleges, Please Note: while most colleges and universities accept transcripts electronically, it is your responsibility to confirm receipt of materials through your college portal. It is extremely important you plan ahead and not wait until the last minute to submit your materials to your colleges, as this may delay their delivery.
STEP 1: Link to create an account: Create a Parchment Account
STEP 2: After you create a Parchment account, follow these steps to order and directly send them electronically to schools/yourself/employers:
1. Log in to your Parchment account. You do not have to complete the Profile/Quick Questions section to order a transcript.
2. Confirm you are on the Dashboard (button in upper right menu, across from Parchment Logo). Once on the Dashboard, click the "Update" button.
3. Slightly below the Logo, you should see your name.
4. Below your name will be the PGHS logo and a blue and white box saying, ‘You Can Now Get Your Credentials’!
5. Click on ‘Order’.
6. On the next screen, you will see a blue box, ‘Send To An Organization’ or a white box ‘Send To Self’.
7. If choosing an organization, type the name of the organization into the search bar, and click ‘Search’. If you do not see the school you are looking for, try again using only the city of the organization. You can also input the address by hand.
8. Choose from the next options provided.
9. On the next screen, confirm the organization name and address to which you are sending your transcript, then choose ‘Save & Continue’.
10. Continue following the prompts to ‘Finish and Send’.
