Program: Secenca Family Mobile Crisis Response Team
24/7 crisis hotline for youth including counseling, intervention, and conflict resolution. Dispatches mobile response teams to support families in serious distress. Provides immediate assessment, therapeutic intervention, crisis stabilization, and mental health services. Offers follow up and linkage to community resources. Travels to anywhere in the community including schools, hospitals, and family homes.

WHAT TO DO WHEN THERAPISTS OR AGENCIES ARE IMPACTED
Make a phone call to your insurance company. Inform them that there are no providers who can see new patients and request another referral. Often times, insurance companies will provide an out-of-network provider (but pay in-network fees)
Contact PGMS and the school counseling team can collaborate with you on finding outside support.
