PGHS Summer School 2025 Frequently Asked Questions
It is up to you to check HAC at the end of the semester and see what required courses you did not pass. Only required courses are available in summer school.
You will sign up and pay for your courses on May 27 at Summer School Registration.
Each semester is $25, and you can take up to 2 semesters. We can only take cash or check; sorry, no credit cards.
You MUST come to Summer School Registration May 27 between 9:00 am - 1:00 pm in the high school library.
You'll get your Edgenuity credentials, sign up for your specific classes, you'll pay for your courses, check out a chromebook if needed, and we'll answer any questions you or your parents might have.
If you cannot make it to Registration on May 27, you must request an appointment with Mrs. Stucki at Amber.Stucki@pgtigers.org.
If you ONLY need seat time due to excessive absences, you do NOT have to register or pay.
Certified staff will be at the High School library Monday - Thursday 9:00 to 1:00.
First day at the HS library will be Monday June 2.
You must sign in and out, and must be picked up by 1:00 pm.
Normal PGHS rules apply; you are at school.
You are welcome to work on Edgenuity at home, just make sure you are staying on track with your progress.
You must take your tests and exams either at the school or with an online proctor. You can't move forward until you do this, so contact the summer school staff as soon as you get to the exam.
It is your responsibility to keep up with your work and earn your credit. No refunds will be issued if you do not pass or are unable to complete the courses.
All work and exams must be completed by 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 10.
In order for underclassmen to qualify for a period of Credit Recovery during the 25-26 school year, they must attempt at least one class during summer school.
Seniors automatically qualify for Credit Recovery during the school year.
