Dr. Heather Montgomery

Biography

Heather Montgomery has a Master’s Degree in Special Education and a Doctorate in Education Administration. Heather works as an art teacher at Trent Lott Academy. Dr. Montgomery was named Mississippi’s PBS Digital Innovator in 2017. She has presented at PGSD’s Tech Camp for Teachers in the summers of 2016 and 17, and USM’s Making Connections Conference, and the state MECA conference. She is currently collaborating with the Walter Anderson Museum in Ocean Springs to help them integrate STEAM activities into their lesson plans.
