When is the Tech Camp 4 Teachers Conference?

The TC4T2020 kicks of June 24th at 8 AM. TC4T2020 will be an asynchronous conference experience. Participants will be able to watch and rewatch any session at any time during the conference window!

How are videos accessed?

Participants must register to view the video sessions. Videos will be accessed via a special Facebook group. After you register, you will receive an email with the link to the TC4T video site. Videos will be available starting June 24th.

What if I am not on Facebook?

I can’t watch live. Can I watch the videos on a different day or time?

After the conference officially “starts” on June 24th, all of the videos will be available to watch at your convenience in our special Facebook group.

I will not have access to the internet during the event. Can you extend the replay?

Videos will be available until December 31, 2020. You may watch and re-watch as many times as you need during the event window. Extensions are not available past the end date.

My school / grade level / district wants to attend. Can I sign up and stream it for everyone?

We would love for you to share the event with your colleagues! However, please have everyone planning to watch sign up here through the site. That way, they get full access to all of the videos. Plus, having an accurate number of viewers will help us plan ahead, secure sponsorships, and plan any future events.

Can I download the videos to watch at my convenience?

No. Screen-casting the videos is against the conference and speaker terms. You will have access to the videos on the conference platform.

I’m having technical difficulties, please advise.

The Tech Camp 4 Teachers organizers, speakers, and sponsors are not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, failed, incomplete, or garbled video broadcast or transmissions, inability to access any website or online service, any other error or malfunction. The Tech Camp 4 Teachers organizers, speakers and sponsors do not provide troubleshooting or device service.

Can I get CEUs?

For Mississippi educators, CEUs will be issued through William Carey University. The cost for CEUs will be $10. You will be able to earn a minimum of 0.5 CEUs (12 sessions) and a maximum of 1.4 CEUs (34 sessions) at this time. More CEU information to come closer to the conference.
