Emilee Williams is a third grade teacher and instructional technology specialist in the Pascagoula-Gautier School District. She was awarded Teacher of the Year at Martin Bluff Elementary in 2018, as well as Teacher of the Year at Cherokee Elementary in 2015. She is a Google Certified Educator, GoNoodle Ambassador, NearPod Certified Educator, and a ClassKick Ambassador. She has been a Tech Camp 4 Teachers presenter four times, and has also presented at the MECA conference in Jackson.
Bringing Coding to Your Classroom will introduce you to coding by describing what it is, how it can be used in the classroom (even if you're limited on time), and why it is so important to expose students to programming early on.
