Hey y'all
Hey y'all! I am Mrs. Hardy and I am super excited to be the librarian at Gautier Elementary. I have been an educator for 14 years and am a National Board Certified Teacher! I graduated from Mississippi State University, Hail State, where I spent 4 fun years. I was fortunate to meet Mr. Hardy and we have 2 children, Myers and Hutton. We live in Gautier with three pups, a bearded dragon and 3 fish. We love to spend our time at Horn Island, the baseball fields, or in Starkville.I can't wait to instill a love of reading in your child and see them explore in the Gautier Elementary library!

Mission Statement
The mission of the Gautier Elementary School Library Media Program is to empower, inspire, and support learners in the art of inquiry and discovery, as they become critical thinkers, skillful researchers, and responsible, ethical users, producers, and managers of ideas and information. The program must provide an environment that promotes student success in today’s knowledge and technology-driven society; fosters independent, enthusiastic and lifelong learners and readers; and promotes cohesiveness with the district’s curriculum goals, objectives, and values.
