During the School Day
By Phone - Please call the school at 804-733-2725, and ask to speak with one of our school counselors.
By Email - Send any member of our team an email with your questions or concerns, email addresses are listed above. This is the most effective way to get in touch with our team members.
In Person - We ask that you refrain from meeting with counselors in person unless you have a pre-scheduled appointment with them. Due to the nature of the work we do, counselors may not be available when you show up if you do not have an appointment.
After School Hours
By Email - If a need or concern arises after the school day has ended, please email a counselor or wait until the following day to call.
During the Summer
Counseling office summer hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm. The office operates on a limited staff during the summer, so please call or email before coming into the building.
