TGES Instrumental Music Schedule
February & March 2026
Students will need to bring instruments to school on the following days:
--In the event of a 2 hour delayed opening, there will usually be no classes. Please see below.

Wednesday, February 11th All *Winds and Percussion
Friday, February 13th All Strings (will have class even with the early dismissal)
Tuesday, February 17th All Strings
Wednesday, February 18th All *Winds & Percussion
Tuesday, February 24th Red, Gray, Green, and all Strings
Wednesday, February 25th Orange, Yellow, and all Strings
Friday, February 27th All *Winds & Percussion
Tuesday, March 3rd All *Winds & Percussion, and Gold
Wednesday, March 4th Silver, Bronze, Green, & Orange
Friday, March 6th Yellow, Gray, Red, and All Strings
Tuesday, March 10th All *Winds & Percussion
Wednesday, March 11th All Strings
Friday, March 13th All Groups will meet today
Friday, March 20th All Groups will meet today.
(There will be no classes on the week of March 23-27).

*Please note that “Winds” includes all woodwinds & brass: Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet, French Horn, Trombone, Baritone, & Tuba.

Class Policy on Delayed Openings
In case of delayed openings (due to weather or other emergencies) all instrumental classes will be cancelled for that day. (Rescheduling classes on days like that is often not possible). In some cases, Mr. FitzGerald may announce that classes will take place even if there is a delayed opening, but that announcement will be made the day before a potential delay. Generally delayed openings of school will mean no instrumental classes.
