In an effort to promote positive social, emotional, and behavior support, Rogers Heights has adopted the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program.
Through positive behaviors, students can work together and earn PAWS for their classroom.
At the end of each month, classes can turn in their PAWS for special rewards.
Staff members often go above and beyond their call to duty when working with students. In an effort to reward staff members for their efforts, they too can receive Golden PAWS for rewards.
No less important than an educator are the parents of a student. Through different ways, parents can be awarded with PAWS Dollars which can be used to purchase things from the PAWS Online Catalogue.
