1. Try restarting your device and trying again. You may also wish to restart your internet modem.
   

2. Check the schedule on Google Classroom. Are you using the correct link? Are you joining the meeting at the correct time?
   

3. If your joining the meeting at the correct time but still having problems contact your child's teacher using email or class dojo. Describe the problem and send a picture if possible so we can see what your screen looks like when the problem occurred.
   

4. If the problem continues to occur, contact the distance learning hotline (240-696-6229) or schedule an appointment for help using the tech support website.
   

5. See if there is work your child can complete at home without technology or watch the PGCPS TV programing for distance learning.

PGCPS-TV (Channel 96 on Comcast and Channel 38 on Verizon), starting Monday, Aug. 31 through September 18, 2020.
