2019 United States Senate Youth Program (USSYP). The Maryland State Dept of education announces an opportunity for 2 Maryland students to participate in the USSYP. Dates: March 2-9. 2 students from each state are selected each year to attend a weeklong government and leadership program in Washington DC.
