Steps for a Successful Report

1.  Download pdf's (this is your draft. The report that you submit is on step 3) and fill out the information (One page cheat sheet). See Excel (or below) for school # and enrollment #.   

2.  Create "State Report 2025-26" report. Follow Google presentation:  Sections IV, V & VI - Collection for directions or watch a 2 minutes video with the directions.

3.  Go to the MSDE report, input the information gathered on your worksheet and submit.

4. Scan a copy and attach to an email to ruth2.lee@pgcps.org.
