Cupcake tin
12 cupcake liners
Pencil to label liners
Medium and large mixing bowls
Electric mixer
3/4 cup all-purpose flour *see note
1 Tbsp. cornstarch *see note
1 teaspoon (tsp) of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon (tsp) salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon (tsp) vanilla extract
1/4 cup whole milk
*Note: If you want to use cake flour instead of all-purpose flour and cornstarch, use 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon cake flour and take out the cornstarch.
