Students have the option to change for PE class: The PE uniform is athletic gray/black top, athletic black shorts/pants and athletic footwear. Students will not lose credit for not changing.

Healthy Food Alternatives:

Instead of eating regular bread try lettuce leaves as an alternative when making a sandwich. They are great tasting and less calories and a much healthier choice.


Instead of eating regular white rice try cauliflower rice. It's great tasting and is less calories than regular rice, as well as a much healthier choice.
