You must provide 2 proofs of residency (lease, utility bill, etc..), current shot records, and a copy of a recent physical in order to register your child. A copy of his/her most recent report card would also help in the scheduling process.

Steps to withdraw a student:
Withdrawing a student has to be done in person.
The parent or guardian has to complete a withdrawal form in person at the school and must provide their photo ID.
The student or parent/guardian must return all PGCPS equipment (Ex. Chromebook, Charger, library books) at the time of completing the withdrawal form or take care of financial obligations.
The school's guidance secretary or registrar completes a withdrawal packet within 24-48 hours and sends via email to the parent's or guardian's email address or will provide the packet in-person.
