Youth First Care Program

PGCPS has partnered with Innovative Therapeutic Services to provide free mental health services to students, including individual and group therapy. Areas of focus can include but are not limited to:

  • improving social skills

  • learning coping strategies

  • developing healthy relationships

  • maintaining boundaries

  • improving self-confidence

  • accepting personal responsibility

Meet Ms. Dixon

Ms. Dixon is a licensed graduate professional counselor who provides free mental health services to students at Crossland HS. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, and more. She's a huge Steelers fan, but don't let that keep you from seeking her out!
