One Phoenix. One Purpose. Ready to Soar.
As we begin the week of October 26–30, 2026, we encourage every scholar to finish the first quarter strong! Quarter 1 ends on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, and Quarter 2 begins on Thursday, October 29, 2026. Please review grades and assignment submissions with your scholar and contact teachers with any questions about outstanding work or needed support. The new quarter is an opportunity to reflect, set goals, and strengthen habits for continued success.
Our middle school will celebrate Red Ribbon Week and Spirit Week, with daily themes ranging from Meme Day to Future Career Day. Please review the themes below and ensure all outfits follow school dress expectations. Middle school students will also participate in a Red, White, and Gold Day on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, and a PBIS movie event on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
Student MCAP Individual Score Reports will be sent home on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Please take time to review these reports alongside current classroom performance to celebrate strengths and identify areas for growth.
Families participating in middle school basketball should note that on Monday, October 26, 2026, boys’ final tryouts will take place at Cherokee Lane Elementary School, while girls’ first practice will be held at Paint Branch Elementary School. Both groups require parent pickup at their respective locations at 6:00 p.m. We also look forward to celebrating our high school soccer seniors during Senior Night games on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
Finally, Friday, October 30, 2026, is an early dismissal day. CPA Plus will be available until 3:00 p.m. Students who need care and are not registered for a Friday club must be registered as drop-ins.
