Are You Experiencing a Crisis During the School Day?
(Between the hours of 7:45 a.m. - 2:25 p.m.)
Examples of a Crisis: Physically, emotionally or sexually abused, bullied during the school day, sudden grief and loss of family/friend, feelings of self-harm and/or suicidal ideation
If Yes, Do The Following:
Tell your teacher in the class you are attending that you need to contact your counselor and/or
Email your School Counselor & Administrator Immediately
In the subject heading put the word "URGENT"
Briefly explain that you are experiencing a crisis and put a phone number which you can be contacted on immediately
Are You Experiencing a Crisis After the School Day
(Between the hours of 2:25 p.m. - 7:45 a.m.)
